What is the estimated production and delivery time for the signs?

Welcome to Custom Neon Solutions. We handcraft and deliver your order within 15 business days (usually before). If you want to get it delivered sooner, you can choose "Express Shipping" at checkout for a Rush Order.

How can I get the design of my choice?

Designing your custom neon signs is pretty easy with us. Visit our website, type in the text, choose among the various colours, and fonts. There you will also find option to choose the size of design, and shape of acrylic board. In the end, you can also check the price charged for your design.

How to set up the Neon Sign?

Our signs can be easily mounted on walls as they come with pre-designed holes in acrylic. We also provide screws in the installation kit. You can also request an installation kit for the hanging sign.

When will I receive my requested quote?

You will receive a quite within 1 or 2 business days. Please ensure to check your email and spambox, sometimes our emails are filtered to spam folders.

What makes Conventional Glass Neon And LED Neon different?

Is glass neon brighter than LED neon?

Which is more durable?

Do they have the same lifespan?

LED neon has a longer lifespan, typically lasting 50,000+ hours compared to 10,000-15,000 for glass neon.

Is custom design possible for both?

Can I upload my own font for the sign design?

You can choose among the given fonts.

Do you offer any neon sign templates or design inspiration?

You can design a custom neon sign using our tool available on website where you can find multiple fonts, colours, and sizes to choose from.

What safety certifications do your neon signs have?

Our neon lights are safe to touch as they don’t heat up or break.

Can your signs be used outdoors?

You can install our neon lights inside rooms.

What is the cleaning process for your neon signs?

Our neon signs can be easily cleaned with cloth.

What’s The Mounting Procedure For Your Neon Lights?

When trying to mount our custom neon signs, you’d be surprised by how lightweight they are. All our Neon signs weight between 3 and 6 kg, and mounting holes are already drilled on the acrylic backboard. This makes the signs portable and easily installable.

In case you want to mount the neon sign on a wall, you’ll need to purchase one of our hanging kits dedicated for that purpose. If you don’t want to purchase a kit, then you can also achieve the same results using fishing wires, ropes and high-quality hooks.

Is It Possible To Manufacture A LED Neon Light That Doesn’t Need To Be Wall Mounted?

Sure thing! We have multiple display options available such as stand-up signs with an acrylic base, and lamps, lights and Custom in transparent acrylic boxes.

What Kind Of Backboards Can I Get?

Custom Neon signs are mounted on acrylic backboards. Based on the design you’ve selected, we will assign the best type of backboard available. Backboards are usually contoured according to the sign’s shape, or rectangular. Backboards can be transparent, colored and even UV printed. Do let us
know in case you have a preference.

Is A Remote/Dimmer Essential For My Neon Sign?

It’s best that you get a remote and dimmer, as this will allow you to control the light brightness better. Using our dimmer and remote settings you can turn the lights on and off, change the brightness or make it flash, pulse and flicker. Properly adjusted settings will allow you to change the light’s brightness, which can help in taking pictures
in front of the sign.

Why Are There Small Marks On My Sign?

We’ve already mentioned that every Custom Neon signs is handmade to perfection. This means that at times there are small marks on the sign, such as on the acrylic, or glue marks where the tubing containing the LED flex is attached to the acrylic. Usually these marks can’t be seen, especially not when the light is turned on.

Can The Neon Light I Purchased Be Used Outdoors?

While our standard Neon Lights are made for indoor use, they can be easily used for outdoor events and parties. The only thing you have to take care of is ensuring that they don’t get wet, since our standard signs are not waterproof.

On request, we do create intricate outdoor neon signs. In order to get an outdoor sign, please select the same at checkout and contact us with the specifics. Be advised that outdoor signs will have transparent waterproofing marks which are visible when the light is turned off.

What Are The Types Of Signs That You Can Make?

We are experts at making outdoor and indoor neon signs, business neon signs, and neon signs for home decor, events such as weddings and also for personalized gifting. What’s more, we even offer UV printing services to go with your neon sign.

What Are The Sizes You Can Make?

Custom Neon signs have unlimited size customisations available!! This means that our size range begins from 30cm and upwards to any size required. Please note that all signs that are above 100cm are divided into parts toavoid any breakage during the shipping process and have a smoother installation.

Can I Get A Sign That’s Partially Neon?

Sure you can! Since we also offer UV printing services, we can provide you with a combination of UV printing and LED neon lights.

What are the terms and conditions for payment and invoicing?

No matter how you choose to get your neon sign, we offer convenient payment options! For our ready-made and custom signs, simply pay online at checkout using PayPal, credit card, Klarna, or Afterpay. For bespoke designs, where we create a unique sign just for you, full payment is required before production begins. Once you approve your custom design, we'll send an invoice via email. You can then pay easily with PayPal or any major credit card to get your one-of-a-kind sign!

What are the total shipping costs?

They depend on the size of the sign and the location where you’re based! You can have a look at the total price at checkout. Expect your neon sign to arrive in 2-3 weeks after placing your order!

When will I receive my sign?

Since each sign is handmade, expect it to arrive in 2-3 weeks.

If your neon sign isn't working properly, we'll take care of it. Depending on the specific issue, we'll either replace your sign or provide a full refund, following consumer law guidelines.

If your neon sign isn't quite right, don't worry! We'll replace it or provide you with a full refund as well, following consumer law guidelines. Just know that the exact solution might depend on the specific issue with your custom neon sign.

What is your return procedure?

No issues in case you want to return the sign due to encountering a fault! To ensure a speedy resolution, email us with a short video and some clear photos showing the issue. This helps us diagnose the problem faster. Once confirmed, securely repack the faulty sign in its original packaging and return it to us within two weeks of receiving it. We prioritize quick solutions, so you'll get a replacement or a full refund as soon as possible.

Do your neon signs have a warranty?
