Return Policy - Custom Neon Solutions
Custom Neon Solutions takes responsibility for returns and refunds of faulty products only. We will always try from our end to resolve, fix, replace, partially refund, or refund the defective/faulty product. Otherwise, the last resolution for the faulty products, including refunds for the cost of products and/or shipping, is decided on the basis of the case on the source of the fault and is at the sole discretion of Custom Neon Solutions.
Custom Neon Solutions - Warranty Policy
We ensure that all Neon LED Signs products, indoor or outdoor, have a one-year warranty covering all electrical components while used adequately. You should remember that Indoor signs are unsuitable for outdoor use or anywhere where they can interact with water and get wet. The making and materials of both Neon Signs types can be quite different. If you misuse the product, the warranty will be void. Resolutions for the faulty signs will be entirely based on the source of the fault. Plus, it will be determined between Custom Neon Solutions and the buyer.
Warranty Coverage For Installed Signs
Custom Neon Solutions offers Neon signs for multiple purposes and customized options as well. However, we will not be responsible for the sign's installation or uninstalling cost. If the neon sign product is possibly faulty, we may ask for photos and videos to help us understand the issue. We may also need the sign returned to us for repair or replacement. If you choose to have your sign installed or hardwired, Custom Neon Solutions is not responsible for any costs related to uninstalling or reinstalling it. If an electrician hardwired your sign, we will decide if the fault is covered under our one-year warranty.
Returns Procedure
To return a product, reach us at info@customneonsolutions.com with details about the product you want to return and why, along with a short video and photos. Both are required for diagnosing the issue. It may limit our ability to help if you can't provide both. Once we have the information, we'll contact you to resolve the issue.
If the return is approved, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. It should be returned within 14 days of receiving it. If a replacement is agreed upon, we'll aim to send it as soon as possible. If a refund is agreed, we will inform you when to expect it.
Damaged in Transit
Open your parcel right away. If your sign is damaged during delivery, let us know within 7 days to get a replacement. The warranty won't cover any damage or faults reported after that time. To report damage, email your LED Neon Designer or info@customneonsolutions.com with:

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Signs
We use a premium shipping service that requires a signature. You can opt out of this requirement, but if you do, Custom Neon Solutions is not responsible for any lost, missing, or stolen parcels marked as "delivered" by the shipping service.
